Hey guys. Shoutout to this community for basically saving my life. I'm a twenty something guy and I have never received any support in my life for what I truly wanted or when I was hurt, I've come to learn that if you weren't fortunate enough to have supportive parents bringing you up that you are on your own and all anyone ever wants to do is use you like a sucker for money or labor (boy I've had my share of that shit lol).

What I want to ask is, how can I progress from here to not draw attention from others and quietly make my savings build? I work in a large, blue collar warehouse packing boxes and I bought a new car this year (should have bought used but at least I know the history of the whip, I treat my possessions very carefully), it became the talk of the place because apparently people don't have anything better to talk about outside of work. Also I was recently in a distressed situation at work and I let slip to a coworker how much money I made per week. I actually make the least amount of money on my team because I work the least amount of hours, but now people know that too and I am sick of being asked about my personal and financial situation, to which I recently told a coworker to mind his own business and don't talk to me about it again.

I have made a couple of mistakes, but I am learning my lessons and I am fairly good at saving money. I was recently considering buying a telescope for some amateur astronomy to add to my small list of interests. My mental health has been suffering lately due to backstabbing coworkers and I need some encouragement and advice on how to progress from here to make the smoothest ride possible, I hate stressing out when I have done nothing wrong but people want to see me unstuck out of jealousy.

Any advice dudes?
