So I'm currently in high school right now and i never really was interested in having a relationship during my school years because i needed to study hard and get good grades and I've never been interested in any girls from my school. Ever since becoming (or discovering) MGTOW recently I've been seeing a lot of 'simp' behaviour from other male students trying to gain the attention and affection of girls. they sit around these girls and her girlfriends as they gossip and annoy others around them (ex. yelling things, blasting music they like), buy them food, and 'act' like they care (or they really do, but i try to stay hopeful), but all for what, the smallest chance of making out or getting laid?; she doesn't even care about them. the next day she'll be with a new guy flirting with him to get free stuff and verification, while spouting on and on about their stories that anyone couldn't care less about. Of course, they wear revealing clothing (like yoga pants and crop tops), advertising to guys that 'she's there and available' and you should care about her because she's got some curves.

They also get free marks by basically showing up to class and they can be on their phone 24/7 in front of teachers (with direct eye contact), but i'm working my ass off (in class and at home) and barely pulling a pass (in asian standards, so 75% BARE MINIMUM and that's VERY gracious, it should be 86% but its flexible from course to course) and when i pull out my phone (once, when most needed) to research something for my assignment, i get singled out. So I'm coming home to get yelled at for trying my hardest because of my drastic grade drop (my previous years were higher because the teachers understood my style of writing assignments, but I still had to work to get the mark I wanted/deserved), while these thots get free passes with praise and showers of money from their parents to spend on more clothing or the newest phone model or whatever materialistic objects they desire.

Does This type of manipulation of 'weaker'/blue pilled men happen in work places or in adult life?
