I'd try not smoking weed for a while. Nearly everyone I know that uses it relatively heavily has a big change for the positive once they let it go for a while and stop or go back to moderate use (no more than a few times a week).

As others have said stop smoking weed. It is a motivation killer which is why you feel useless which leads to low self esteem and all the other good stuff you are suffering from.
Self esteem comes from self confidence and self confidence is won by achievement. Get your head straight and explore what interests you and work towards setting goals for yourself within that.
Once you gain enough self esteem you will not feel the need to look for it within females and therefore you will be free and a creator of your own destiny detached from need and obstruction of women.
Think big and go and achieve it then look at where your 'wonderful' ex is in life in a few years time. By the way there are no NAWALTs.

No problem and for the part about missing your girl, that will definitely end. I promise that shit ends. Now is the time to hit the gym hard and focus on progressing as a man. And mgtow doesn’t have to be for life man. I have zero intent on remaining alone forever. It’s just a good reminder as to why you should never get married. And never truly trust a girl. But you shouldn’t purposely deprive yourself of Pussy. Just know what comes along with it and how to navigate. It’s time to get to work.
