Some background that you probably don't care about: I'm very close to 25 years old, don't make much more than the average salary in my area but I do it entirely by managing my rental properties and doing some contract work when I feel like it. Also, I apologize in advance because this is going to be very ranty.

The above, along with the fact that I'm MGTOW, means that I have a lot of free time. This inevitably leads me to think about how pointless everything really is. I understand that I can increase my happiness or satisfaction with life most of the time by doing things that will cause my body to release dopamine and the other chemicals that make me feel good. I run, swim, and lift, I start my days by doing something productive like making my bed or doing dishes [I highly recommend doing this is you're struggling with productivity btw], I have a good relationship with my immediate family, but all of these things don't change the fact that everything I've ever done and everything I'll ever do doesn't really have a point.

For those that are existential or those that are more nihilist like me, what do you do about it? I'm curious to see what you all think.
