I have a plan for a website / app that could be one of those billion-dollar ideas. I'm almost done writing up an outline including supporting arguments and implementations. Should I go to a lawyer to get patent protection or something? Do people usually find investors for this kind of project? Also, I have a master's in data analytics, but I'm not a coder. Where would I find others who could do the grunt work? Obviously no women would be allowed near this.
