Won’t fix consent, you really need a signed agreement from both parties.

Any verbal contract in my eyes is pretty much null and void, proven by recent issues.

As it stands, the whole consent bullshit is very very beneficial to women. They can accuse a guy of rape after decades and make big money, get a lot of attention etc. (hello Christine Fraud). It is foolish to even think that women want to fix consent because they do not. Women profit from it and as long as women feel there is no need to fix consent, govt. won't do shit about it because women are majority of the voters.

Great idea in theory. In practice though, a woman can just lie and break the whole thing down. “I told him no and he didn’t stop.” Boom. He said/she said and now you’re fucked.

As an armchair judge I would ask, did they woman take off her clothes herself? That's consent.

When the Hollywood whores went to Weinstein's hotel, did they take off their clothes themselves? Hedley singer?
