I got in touch with a female I knew was into me (easy target). In the beginning I was confident and put up some boundaries, just casually f*ck her and then move on.

But she got under my skin, she love bombed me and then left me with breadcrumbs... I opened up and I let it all happen. I called her out on it, then told her to leave me alone. I got no response from her and then I knew...

Lesson learned, always be in charge of your own well being.
