That kind of confusion is exactly what I didn't understand, until I realized a simple thing called "beta males".

Men who act like women. They are all over the place and it's hard to tell who's a real man anymore with how we misconstrue what makes a man.

All a man has to do is put logic before their emotions when making a decision. But for military men, they put their emotions before logic, the second they joined the army.

I have nothing against veterans and I'm sure army dudes get pissed when I call them emotional bitches for crying about their wife after their wife fuck them over, but in both cases (joining the army and getting married) they did the wrong decision. They thought with their emotions. There's nothing logical in getting married and then leaving the wife to go fight in a war that doesn't involve them, all for money they won't be able to spend.

Honestly, what smart person does that? Join the army single, and you have little reason or motivation to come home. Join the army married, and you hope you die or else you'll come hope to a divorce settlement. All because the man got tricked into joining both.
