Don't pay them up front and they will have more incentive to do their fucking job properly. And it wouldn't be worth it, trying to get a refund from a prostitute because then you will have to deal with her pimp... Just write her off as worthless and find another prostitute next time. Oh and if the cops get involved, you are the one, who will get fucked.
