I think first you need to help men rationalize why they may "hate" women (I think resent is a better word) and then transcend that hate into self-actualization. Again I don't think the men on this sub hate women, but the resentment is strong and for good reason.

We avoid women, warn other men about the dangers of relationships with women, and we criticise women for their lack of integrity and self control regarding their nature (hypergamy running rampant in the west right now)

I always see this type of thing posted. My response is that the only real ISSUES are things brought up by feminists that need changing. Most things are pretty good, we just have to stop them from going further
