More specifically I'd hooked my friend up with a girl in our group about a year ago (before myself taking TRP.) I was really drunk at a party and it seems I'm a bit of a cupid in this state.

Fast forward a year - the guy has a full time job (Which is great he is a boiler maker / metal worker tradie.) But doing it for the sole reason of providing cash for rent so he and GF can move out together - she is still unemployed. Works 10hr shifts weekdays.

Can't shake the feeling that I've doomed this guy and I feel pretty bad about it. That being said he is generally an asshole whenever I even breathe about RP ideas (once he told me he was buying GF another gift because for no reason.
