(Im changing some of the facts of this story to hide identities just like I have with all my other posts)

-Was with her for 4 years

-not blue pilled and I knew from the start I will never marry her. Never treated her seriously She was basically a prostitute.

  • I caught her in a few lies and since I was bored of fucking her I dumped her. In an incredibly nasty fashion. Meaning I legit didn't give closure and she begged to see me and I said no.

  • I forgot that she held a few of my items my father gave to me. They were very important

  • I texted her again in a nasty way asking for it back. No emotions at all.

  • She does something incredibly stupid and disrespectful. Basically meets me at the public park with her boyfriend. But when i pull up she's literally on his lap kissing him.

  • I get my shit and leave I don't even look at the guy but I hear something along the lines of "loser"

  • I get incredibly pissed off and can't sleep at night.

-I texted her to meet me at my place.

-Mean time IM doing research on who the guy is and can't find anything.

-She meets met me at my place and I find out who he is basically. I make sure I'm audio recording EVERYTHING. We fuck and I even asked for consent in a very word way but she basically was ok with it. She sucked my dick etc.

  • So I text her again to fuck after that and she was acting cold because I literally didn't text or call her for a straight month after that.

-Anyways, Now I'm incredibly pissed off and have a decision to make.

Im considering the following options:

  1. Text her again to meet up (but she's ignored all my texts and I'm afraid shell do something about it or flat out ignore it again)

  2. Text her and her boyfriend in a group chat and basically tell him he got cucked.

  3. completely move on and ignore the fact that she ignored you.

I really want to take # 2 however I'm afraid of a false accusation. However I told you I recorded everything. I even played a video game with her afterwards while it was recording in order to prove she wasn't forced etc.

I don't want to end up in jail but my jealousy and the fact that she disrespected me like that at the park and then has sex with me and then basically acts disinterested after is pissing me off

Contributing factors to her decision:

the guy is loaded rich

he wants to marry and have kids

he treats her way better

I basically didn't text for 3 weeks straight and then when I did I told her I'm too busy fucking other bitches which pissed her off more and i basically said its over forget about anything serious.

So guys I don't want to end up in jail and I really need your help. Does anyone seriously know anything about the laws?
