well you sound like the average guy so i'm approaching things from that perspective. now results of this depend the + or - of your looks and personality

now even though this is MGTOW, it appears you want the pussy for now, so here's some advice for that scenario

#1 DO NOT compare yourself to pua's. this is a massive waste of time, energy, resources

#2 you have the workout part, now the personality part. learn to hang out/be comfortable around females. learn things they like. learn how to dance if possible. since you're already into working out play sports so that you become more visible
