Keep every sport, but drop gender classes. Make men and women compete everything, including power lifting, wrestling, ballet and rhythmic gymnastics. Watch the women crumble and fail even in the foofy sports.
Similar solution for sexual harassment in Silicon Valley. Separate buildings on Apple, Google, Amazon etc. campuses like old fashioned university dorms, by gender. Building A competes with Building B. Whichever is less productive or successful, fire everyone in that building. Refill it with new hires who are the same gender as the winning building. Repeat.
Look, I have a simple idea which will fix sexism in sports. A modest proposal. Simply do away with separate men's and women's events altogether. Let any person compete purely on the basis of their athleticism.
For too long, female athletes have been derided and overlooked because the women's competitions are seen as some sort of second-grade event. Get rid of them. Aren't we all sick and tired of the outcry every tennis season, about the disparate prizes for the man's and women's competitions? It's so easy to fix. Just let all the athletes compete. Should a woman win, there will be no doubt whatever that she will deserve her trophy.
