Well, they have drive thru marriage chapels. Lots of people across the US go to Nevada to have a quick wedding in a matter of hours, including celebrities. Of course they'd have the most marriages by that metric. They also probably have the highest divorce rate as well.

Depends on the definition of marriage in the statistic. Is it married Nevada citizens, or marriages in Nevada? Las Vegas has the most marriages.
