And when you also consider that he claims that some of these "trannies" are agents of the Illuminati, I think we can safely dismiss him as a nutjob.

She does have masculine traits but unless there’s been some MAJOR leaps in gender re-assignment surgery, OR her DNA was manipulated en-utero so that his/her penis never formed and remained a vagina, I think it’s pretty safe to assume she’s an actual girl. Her vagina is clearly real and not a penis turned inside out abomination. If you look at transgenders who have surgically created vaginas they look nothing like the real thing. They are getting closer, but it’s still obvious.
