I'll never forget the time when a girl in elementary school kicked me and after I kicked her back I was called to the principal's office. Related story: My girl hit me some days ago, just a couple hard slaps but SHE still fucking hit me u know. So naturaly i call the police on her, thats when the real crazy begins! While I agree with the overall sentiment of this post, I feel the wording plays a bit of a role

The left one says “hit” and “back” simply implying aggression and defense, she’s “fighting back” it could be kicking and pushing back and standing up for herself, while the one on the right says very specifically “punch” and “punch back” and well brothers, I doubt any woman will knock a man out with one punch, she’s more likely to break her hand tbh, while a man punching her back, is most definitely headed towards knocking her down/causing significant trauma on the carniofacial region, possibly breaking bones

In summary, I agree with you all, equality is little to non existent nowadays and the game is rigged against men, but in this specific example, I feel the wording affects the results

“Hit” and “fight back” is not the same to “punch” and “punch back”, the wording affects the results of these polls

I'd like to see the same thing with something like "throws a knife" at him or something. Too many people are ingrained with the never hit a woman thing. The reality a woman for the most part cannot hurt a man very easily by punching him. The problem I've experienced is that women will throw some baseball/knife like object that could legit kill or injury you for life. At this point can you fight back?
