Long story short, I told a guy who is maintaining a system that there's a problem on his side, what the problem is and how to solve it. Cc-ed a bunch of people who were on my neck who couldn't complete something in my system due to dependency on that other system.

Nothing personal, just very factual, needs to be done, nothing more, nothing less.

Ok the other guy doesn't understand the problem, tells me what I need to fix. Huh. We have a chat, I explain, he gets it, ok no prob, we move on.

Lo and behold, I get a complaint from levels way above this guy that I basically harassed him. I'm like... questionmarks. Da fu? what? I quickly compose myself and decide not to play along, I'm not going to defend myself because I'm good at my job and somebody else isn't. So I let it pass without admitting to anything, but fuck me, now I'm flagged in those manager's heads.

There's more to this story, but I'll stop here for now. Just a reminder guys, today's men out there are not men, they are snowflakes and you need to work with them about the same way as with the most fragile women, or you might get hurt.

How these companies are going to survive is beyond me. There are so, so many incompetent people everywhere, and literary just a few who keep the boat afloat. Well you know what, I'l done being the stupid one. So I cost along. Fuck them. I identify as snowflake from now on.
