As a divorced dad going through family court, I can confirm that Judges lack common sense and have NO logical decision making skills. They are complacent and incompetent. Why? Because they have no one checking over their work.

The quality of their work would never be acceptable at a private organization.

If you are talking about the UK trial then they also found after the trial that the judge has some financial connections to either Amber Heard or the studio, something like that. Then in the UK, it is the judge that originally made the ruling that decides if you can appeal it to a higher court.

The UK is pretty fucked and I think we should nuke it from orbit, just to be safe.
