Kermit the Frog incarnate has gained a lot of respect from me, and continues to inspire and fill me with thought, right up until he starts talking about sexual dynamics and marriage/family. He continuously misses the mark as he fails to understand just how bad it's gotten in the realm of gender politics, and why it is that men aren't getting married and having kids. Despite his vast intellect and knowledge of human psychology, he still fails, and I mean completely fucking fails to understand what MGTOW actually is, and doesn't rectify it by actually doing any research on the phenomena. He thinks that the laws are bad, but not bad enough to actually warrant anything more than a bit of caution. He has no clue how little MRA's have been able to execute in terms of change on these marriage laws, and how futile attempting to change them actually is. He advocates for responsibility, but evidently only for men, seeing as he never asks women to take responsibility for their part in the mess, or in finding a solution. His recent video with his "advice" for men who are skeptical of marriage amounts to basically "Yeah the marriage laws are bad but you should do it anyway because life without family is meaningless." No solution, no recognition of the death trap like nature of family courts or the nature of hypergamous women. Where's the advice exactly? He seems religiously devoted to the dogma that is the "get married have babies praise god and die" mentality that modern men don't see a point in anymore for an inordinate number of valid, logical, personal and rational reasons.

It's just such a shame that his fan base is as religiously devoted to his every word, no matter how ignorant and stupid he is on this subject, as he is to this outdated idea that men and women are "natural partners" and that family is the ultimate meaning, and sacrifice and blah blah blah. Jordan, if you ever read this, sometimes life's problems can't be solved by knowledge of archetypes, mythological stories or the right sacrifices. Sometimes the laws are just fucking terrible. Sometimes you know the dragon will almost certainly eat you, and that there are more rewarding dragons to slay, elsewhere.
