Unless you are exceptionally good looking or rich, helping women will get you absolutely nowhere. They truly only want you as a utility.

If you just hold their hands in the workplace and help them do the job they are supposed to do, then people, particularly management will think they are actually smart and you will be doing yourself a disservice.
