Dude that's fucking hard. If I am happy with myself, then I am happy with the state I am in, so why would I improve myself if I am happy? It's a paradox. If you want to improve you have to be unsatisfied with yourself.

Well, it says "one can" but doesn't have to.
For instance, I know plenty of people who are comfortable with how much money they have but still strive to make more.
I know people who are already in the best shape of their life but still show up at the gym.
The idea is to keep striving and becoming better day by day at everything you do. Never settle.
