That would only ever happen if egg donation and gestational surrogate hiring becomes easier to access (less government interference, more affordable, less social stigma) or if artificial wombs are invented.
You need the mechanisms to be in place for men to actually no longer need the opposite sex. Similar to how many women in the past probably hoped hookup culture would become mainstream , but that was never possible until reliable birth control came about.
Surrogates will always be expensive and the government will always put blockades in the way to stop men from using them while women are encouraged to use sperm banks. Artificial wombs won't happen in our lifetime, and when they do happen it will because of the push to relieve women of the burden of childbirth, not to help men become loving fathers, especially not straight ones who "should" pair with a women instead.
I do believe in most of mgtow, but our generation is currently living in a fantasy land if we think we'll ever see the changes we need to truly have equality between the sexes.
