Can you list a house as never having had sex in?

Just a small vent. My husband had a job interview for a new position out of state. The job would be amazing for us in a monetary sense. I'm not upset about him potentially getting a new job. I'm upset that we might move out of the first house we bought together without ever having sex in it. Without much of anything in it. I cry every time I think of leaving this home I love without it being (to me) a proper broken in home. But, perhaps we can list as "nail holes in the wall, but no ones ever been nailed in it."
