I was at a store picking up stuff and when I got back in the car I looked across the street. It was a busy street, but there was a fast food place right there. This tall guy walks out, quietly, and this short female walks out with him, shaking her finger at him, clearly chewing him a new one. I decide to sit and watch what happens. In a minute or two a cop car pulls in. The cop tells the guy to stand by his own car and takes the female about fifty yards away to talk to her. The guy's just standing there quietly like he was told to. The female was shouting, gesturing, and trying to walk past the cop to go chew on the guy someone. Another cop car that said Supervisor on it pulls in and the cop starts talking to the guy. The guy is quietly answering the cop's questions, just standing where he was told to and the female was still ranting and raving. I eventually had to leave so I don't know how it turned out but I bet the guy was arrested for something.
