I feel annoyed when women (I never seen a man write about) claim men get affected by man flu whenever they are sick. My dad never played into the man flu crap when I was a kid. No matter how bad he felt, he always went to work. He never moped around or begged my mom to cater to him while he was ill. No questions asked. It's sad how articles like this make men out to be wimpy flowers that wilt at any sign of illness.

The tone of the article felt like it was giving off a vibe of how stronger women are when it comes to illness. Every person is different, male or female. To claim one gender can't handle illness well and lump every individual under that is unfair.
