  6. In every day life don't acknowledge women and - if possible - avoid them. At the grocery store? Go into the line with a male clerk. At the bank? Wait for the male clerk. Train yourself to do this everywhere. If questioned, give no explanation.
  7. Public transportation: if there are no more seat and there are some elderly person standing up, just get up and leave your seat. Say nothing, acknowledge nothing.
  8. Hospitality industry (restaurants/bar) try to get waited on by male staff. If not possible leave no tip. If questioned give no explanation. Try to befriend 1 or 2 male in the staff, request them when you go there
  9. Try to get a job in a small company run by men, with little or no females. When dealing with females (you have to in business) be robotic cold and all business, no platitudes. If you need to buy something from vendors, ask for male salespeople/account managers (LinkedIn or their web site can help); make up a story about how you were referred to them
  10. while doing #9 above - if possible - start your own company, deal with males only (customers/vendors/service providers). If needed to hire people, hire male as 1099 contractors and pay-for-performance.
  11. Never mention to anyone TRP/MGTOW/MAN ON STRIKE
  12. Treat simps / manginas / white knights the same as women: ignore them / avoid them.
  13. If you need to use social networks, unfriend/unfollow all females
  14. Develop yourself: read, cultivate your passions, hit the gym and eat right; take care of your physical health as well as your mental heath.
