Could be a good idea since guys can have free time travelling in the train from work etc The only thing i would worry about is once the professional man hating feminist gets wind of it they will try and falsely report the app trying to get it taken off the app store or SJW will try and dox you.

If you do end up doing the app dont call it mgtow but something like independent man so when the feminist does start attacking the app about how sexist it is you can turn around and say hey you can have independent women so why not independent men

Sorry, but any/all apps can (and generally DO) receive information that will allow very specific tracing back to the individual (or at least to the physical devices used to run it).

The operators of the app can of course choose NOT to store ALL of that info... but at least SOME form of identifying the user for repeat visits MUST exist is that is not some "account registration" then it will by definition have to be something else (something hidden) -- and of course the extent of what is/is not stored, and/or how it is used can change at any point in time, and is entirely under the control of the person/people/entity that is running the server side.

Personally, I wouldn't touch that kind of a thing with a 100 foot long pole -- and I really see ZERO value in it.

Than again, I'm an old fart... and not one of your "newbie" kids trying to label myself with a trendy hashtag of "MGTOW" while at the same time actually doing the opposite and playing PUA or beta-boy chasing after pussy (and so seeing a need for "MGTOW" instant advice as if it were some Alcoholics-Anonymous sponsor hotline).

See the thing is that "so many people" is meaningless without context. MGTOW numbers are actually very small on a percentage of population basis.

There are probably hundreds if not thousands of times MORE "furries" than there are actual MGTOW.

thanks for the feedback guys. @couttsphotog that is the same question we are trying to ask on the start up. my start up has some functionalities similar to what i have proposed here for the app but is a glaring question in regards to user retention and acquisition. i guess if the model works for our start up i can port a similar thing to the mgtow app.

@manzone22, really good point on that. that is a glaring issue to overcome. thanks for the feedback. i guess i need to think about the safest way to go about this most def.
