Greetings bros. I hope this finds you all well and healthy during these crazy times we find ourselves in.

I love to read. I think it is a dying past time amongst men (at least everyone that I know since they are too busy with other needless stimuli). I have a decent little library, and I am looking for some new recommendations on some books that relate to the going-your-own-way philosophy, or other subjects that a single man can relate to.

I have a few that I have read so far that relate to . One is Henry David Thoreau's "Walden". Though it's a somewhat complicated read, it surely is a classic amongst literature. The others would be Alfred Lansing's "Endurance" and "Shackleton's Way" by Margot Morrell and Stephanie Capparell, both of whom tell about the true story of Ernest Shackleton and his crew who would be stranded for two years in Antarctica.

I look forward to your recommendations.
