I don't agree with those statements. What modern feminism has done, is removing the barriers that kept the vile parts of female nature in check. Instead they're now to be revered and glorified, and opposing this catastrophical unbalance is suppressed by shaming and vilifying the opposer. Political correctness is the weapon used against the dissenter, and it has seeped so deep into contemporary culture that it's now just a part of mainstream society.

I believe in balance, among other things, as a concept to be mindful about and strive towards. Feminism has upset the natural balance between the sexes, leading to a deteriorating family unit, which in turn threatens the very fabric of society itself. That balance may have never been perfect to begin with, but you had some breathing room and you could make it work.

Tradcons seem to want to go back to a 1950's sort of lifestyle, this pipe-dream about coming home after a long day's work at the gun factory to a loyal, loving wife and a home-cooked meal on the table. It's utter nonsense. Society doesn't revert, it can only move forward. But forward doesn't mean it's improving. But this is where we are now, the damage is done, we can't go back, and we have to deal with it.

So how do we deal with it? As individuals, the most rational thing in my opinion is to get out of the game. After all, the rules changed behind our backs and now we, as men, are at a horrifying disadvantage. The other option is to cuck out for gynocentrism, swallow your pride together with your shriveled balls, marry some bi-polar bitch and produce offspring who will likely be taken away from you in a long drawn-out custody battle after your sweet wife cheats on you and leaves because you're not good enough for her anymore. You'll lose all your shit in alimony and child support and your kids will grow to hate you after being brought up by your psycho ex-wife. The woman will be applauded on social media for being a strong single mother (hardest job in the world guys!), and you will be forgotten and die a drunk loser in a ditch.

Yeah, I made my choice. I'm out. Society can suck my nuts, it doesn't deserve my greatness.

Sadly the problem with Christianity is that its too nice for its own good. While I don't advocate for a full on fundamentalist view of crime and punishment, being too nice has made the concept of man and family the butt of every joke in the modern world. And this is coming from an ex-believer who admits: maybe it had the right idea.

To answer your question, its impossible. We cannot truly know what the other person's true intentions are so giving 'the benefit of the doubt' is criticized as having a naive view of people. And to say 'you haven't met the right person' is downright insulting, we know who we like but we're saying that person is as rare as a unicorn; and that's telling us "ignore the trend, focus on the anecdotal evidence." Its like telling Christians to not talk about sin when they're preaching and start preaching about love, but lets face it. Sin will always be their main topic no matter how positive it is.

It only works if society and the laws enforces marriage institutions, and that is not the case, certainly not in the west where women are literally granted incentives to divorce you.

You could find these kinds of arrangements in the east, such as southeast asia but even here, the family cell is eroding as women are demanding more 'liberty.'

What they are trying to liberate themselves from, is male authority, which is required to maintain familial structure. Fathers and husbands afterall, are responsible and accountable for raising a new generation that will keep maintaining that society.

But Feminism, Gynocentrism, women and their men have destroyed that crucial element. Men no longer have authority over their wives and family and women, being liberated opted to choose a life of degenaracy with their freedom instead.

This is female nature, this is what they do. I'm no longer mad for women being what they are, I'm mad that they are doing it at men's expense and I'm disappointed that this is what they choose to be and do.

Coming back to whether there is room for a business-like marriage contract, as I mention it won't work if society and law doesn't enforce it. She has all the power to screw you over, regardless of how religious or conservative she may be.

I'm not saying I'll ever consider marriage, but until such a time when the traditionalists and conservatives stand up to their women and uphold the sanctity of male authority again, and women are hold accountable for their actions, the cost and risk of an average man to marry is too great for the very little reward we receive.

Also good luck with your "perfectly negotiated marriage" -- seriously, I hope for your sake that it actually works out (and continues to work out) as planned -- I just know that the odds are NOT in your favor... no matter HOW many years (or even decades) that everything seems to be A-OK (many a man has been 'Blindsided' -- yes even after 10, 15, 20+ years -- to find out that his "faithful, loyal, sweet & loving wifey" has in fact been cheating on him all along... oops.)
