Kinda hard to get good Internet at a good price if you're mobile. fiber optic + ethernet is the way to go. So that's why I'm not mobile. Internet is everything for me since I'm in IT.

The RV lifestyle offers a lot. If I had it to do over, I'd save 80% of my pay while in the army and, after my first stint, would buy a bit of land and an inexpensive pull-behind to live in while I built a place.

If you're talking about the type of mobile home you put on a foundation, I have one on my property now. Easy to install. Inexpensive. I bought mine used for 14k after the guy lived on it six months then his wife left him. The original purchase price was 30k.

Not a moblie home, but my endgame is a metal shop of about 2500-3000 sq ft with a small living quarters on a few acres in the edge of the southern Appalachians.
