I had to basically abstain from jerking off for awhile before seeing girls in order to even have a chance of getting hard when I used to date and see prostitutes. So it works.

I remember making a thread about how monk mode is the safest and the most strategic card to play, might as well share my thoughts here.

I wish you happiness, being content and awakening more in this thing we call life. Focus on yourself and don't even give any energy to try and find a relationship or be the whipping boy. Don't even focus on that at all.

Monk mode is the way to live life. not just about not going out with women, but meaning more along the lines of you improving your body and mind for YOU because it's YOUR life nobody else's.
