Debt will drain you down to the bone. It takes many forms. Take care of your body and don't go into physical,financial or emotional debt for other people, the stress will eat you alive. Every time you overextend your total capacity is reduced. Never go beyond your limits. Don't ask for favors, be upfront and pay your way.

Trust and respect is earned. Actions speak louder than words. People will lie and withhold the truth to remain in control. Never base your actions on other peoples words alone. When making plans with other people, be independent. Remain in control and never fully relinquish it. Always have the ability to gracefully exit on your own terms.

Do not blindly accept an argument from majority or authority. When a deal looks too good to be true, it is.

Remain humble. Spend less than you make. Work smart and hard.
