If you guys have ever seen the anime Naruto, I suggest you go watch it to understand what im about to say:

The main character of the show (Naruto), from the beginning wanted to smush with Sakura, but every female character always wanted sasuke, Sasuke is 20%/Alpha male, whatever you want to call him, he would get pussy thrown at him left and right. Sasuke was getting so much attention from Females, he decided to run away from the village for a few years.

Sakura didnt even think of naruto for a relationship until 3 years later after he beat pain, Naruto had to go through so much stuff (fight zabuza, kiba, orochimau, neji, rock lee, gaara, haku, sasuke, kabuto, had to go through strenuous training/fights) pretty much went through a whole lot on screen before Sakura even acknowledges him.

And guess what this ungrateful btch does, she marries sasuke anyway
