I recently saw the judge and she put me on job contacts and she stated if I dont get another job and show I have tried to look, she would reduce it to zero. I recently lost my job and I cannot get another job until my felony case is either dismissed or I am found not guilty. It is a bogus lewd acts with a child charge (getting the divorce combo, first a false domestic abuse charge and now this). I started this post to see if anyone knows a doctor in San Diego who would sign a form that I am unable to work. I also need all some under the table gigs if possible. Prayers please, as if I cannot prove my innocence, then I am finished. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. She also is not allowing me to see my kid.

Also if it gets down to zero, do I have to pay child support if I get an actual job? So for example if I am ordered to pay zero, then i get a job a few months later. I keep the job to myself and dont tell anyone, and my ex wife does not find out, can they make me pay child support?
