I can maybe see needing permission from your wife, but a girlfriend is unbelievable. One dude I know wanted to buy a new monitor but his girlfriend told him no. She has no business telling him what to do with his money but he listened to her and didn't buy the monitor. Last weekend another guy had to call his girlfriend and ask if he could go to the game with us. I thought it was a joke but he was serious and she of course said no. I don't understand some guys.
