No one can tell you how to go YOUR OWN WAY, you are the only one who knows the answer to that.

What is it you like ? some like reading books, some love to travel, some practice sport and some others enjoy video games.

There is no right or wrong way, there is only YOUR way, whatever makes you happy is the correct way for you.

Forget about what others say, forget about social media, forget about "obligations as a man" , forget about other people's words, find the one thing you truly enjoy doing, find other people doing the same thing and get going.

You are your own master, your imagination and the sky's the limit.

There is so much fun shit to do. I would get into some adventure sport/hobby, scuba, sky diving, dirt bike racing, whatever you feel a tug to give a go. Something that is fun and can scare u a little

Get into sports. Go shoot guns at the range. Go fishing. Whatever male-oriented hobby you find to your liking. Spend some time around older dudes. Your brain will reset to the natural state it should have been all your life.

Responsibility= purpose = meaning in life. You're a beast of burden, find yourself some hobbies AKA responsibility responsibilities.

Male mentors can be found in military, male workplaces, books, old movies, old songs.

Undoing female brainwashing takes time, be patient with yourself. Isolate your environment free of females as much as possible, fill it with quiet and peace. Sanity will slowly return. Avoid social media etc.

Start with complete sentences, that don't use vernacular terms. Next, educate yourself in something useful. Finish high school if you haven't, go to college if economically viable and you want to persue a STEM degree, consider trade school if college is not for you. Learn something new every day, if it doesn't present itself, go find it. Continue on the path you have begun, it's the right one.
