Don't say "No", do "No". Because anything you say is perceived as bargaining by the other side. Express no opinion or take no position on anything whatsoever. Be vague, uninterested & indifferent. Remember that the ONLY language the other side understands is ACTION and NOT words. That's why it works, BTW and hence MGTOW: we are not saying "No", we are doing "No". Quietly but very effectively.

Why bother? I mean from my perspective this is not really how I want to go my way, but if this is yours then you should go for it (I know it sounds sarcastic but I'm being honest here). But here is the thing I think is stronger if you want to reject women, dont reject them simply be indifferent. They can handle rejection because they can in their mind picture you as the bad guy. However by simply being indifferent she does not know what cards to play and she will feel truly rejected. The question then ofcourse is again, why bother?
