insight into what? You have the money, that's more than enough to live somewhere frugally. I'd start with a roommate scenario until you've figured out the local play surface and can make changes tactically.

Take note of bills and costs going out.
The amount, frequency and dates. Budget for this ahead of time and for the year.
You will have so much extra money instead of living from pay cheque to pay cheque plus decrease those stress levels.
Spread those wings, live life on your own terms but don't forget to call in on your parents.

Trust no one till they've proven themselves.

If transportation is a challenge, live where you can take public transportation or walk.

Don't go in debt for anything that doesn't accumulate value. Including a vehicle.

If you can't make your rent in two week's pay, fix it before you sink.

Don't get tangled up with a woman. If you gotta date, follow all the advice for men on Return of Kings archives and Blackdragon Blog.

Listen twice as much as you talk.

Don't be afraid to bite off more than you can chew. Your mouth is a whole lot bigger than you think.

Put God first in your life. Put your mission second. Hold those two positions sacred for those two things.

Relentlessly pursue truth. Have a go-bag with everything you need to sleep outside in comfort. Avoid drink and drugs, they will waste your money and they are hard on your complexion.

Don't even think about a serious relationship till your empire is growing or you're past 30 or both.

Anything that can be had used for a cheaper price, like clothes and kitchen necessities, doesn't need to be bought new.

Collect skills.

Networking is everything for having a net if you fall and for growing any business.

The people you choose to surround yourself with can either motivate you to be successful or get you killed.

Learn to spot a narcissist.

Read the classics. Never have a tv in your home.

Always have 2 months living put back. Preferably six.

Exercise at least four days a week. Take care of your body, it is indeed your temple.

Have standards for your friends and your women.

Learn to spot mental illness in a woman. Now that you can see all women are mentally ill, decide your cut-off for running the other way. Never let her know where you live unless you plan on wifing her up.

In today's climate, if you aren't a strong alpha male, discreetly record every intimate moment alone with a female. Even if you're in a two-party consent state, better to break that one law than spend 15 years in prison for a rape you didn't commit.

If it sounds too good to be true it is. Learn to spot falsehoods. (Owen Benjamin's youtube streams are fantastic training for this).

Enjoy your life. You're on a journey, always be learning. When I was younger I thought the goal was to be happy. I discovered chasing perpetual happiness is like chasing a perpetual orgasm. Then I figured I wanted m life to be interesting. Well, being stranded in the middle of the Pacific on small fishing boat in a storm is interesting, but who wants it?

Now I understand what sort of life I want: Meaningful.
