Since you were young you have always heard that nice guys finish last. Yes, this is true but in the long run being a nice guy will help you out. A nice guy can still get women. He just has to make a few minor adjustments. Nice guys can still get the girl over a jerk. The only thing is that you have to become an assertive nice guy.

What Is An Assertive Nice Guy?

To be assertive is to be confident and go after what you want. Being a nice guy means you are still caring and respectful to other people. If you combine these two traits you become a man that everyone woman wants in the short term as well as the long term. If you are only thinking about short-term gains then just focus on becoming assertive and alpha male. But if you want to still become assertive and be yourself as a nice guy it will take work. Waking up one day and just being assertive is not really possible but you can do things every day to become more confident and assertive.

How To Became More Assertive

Growing up I used to get bullied and picked on, it was never to an extreme extent but it was enough to remember it in my twenties and to develop insecurities. A lot of the bullying and not fitting in was mainly because I was really trying too hard to fit in. Also because I was a pushover. What really helps with becoming more assertive is becoming a lot more social and standing up for myself. What help with my social skills was participating in actives that forced me to be social and more confident. Activities that I was always good at and very passionate at.

When I started playing football I was never good but help me create a network of people with social skills that I wanted. I was the player that sat on the bench and never got in the game. But on the positive side football surround me with the alpha males. I eventually started practicing basketball all summer and got better at basketball and made the basketball team.

Although, I wasn’t the best player it helps me develop closer friend that were also alpha males. It also helps with confidence because to score a point you have to be confident enough to attempt the shot. This shows that sports and hobbies help with confidence. You have to do activities that let you interact with alpha males so you become an alpha male.

What I Learned From The Alpha Males

You have to be able to stand up for yourself and go after what you want. When you are trying to get women they will test and push you to your limit. They want to see if you will break. Women do this because there will be times when they need you to be a man and have to know how you will react when adversity hits you. I lost a few girls because they did not feel protected around me. They felt this way because I was not able to stand up for myself when she tried to walk over me.

How Do You Stand Up For Yourself?

Even if it means being prepared to fight for your belief, or lose a friend be prepared. If someone is able to walk over you then they will continue to do it. Then it will get worst and worst every single time. When you feel like someone is using you be able to say “no.” Since you are actually a nice guy it might be hard to say “no” but you have to get used to it. Because when you are approaching women they will reject and you have to be able to bounce back up. For example, if a woman wants you to buy them a drink at the bar and you do not want to do it then just say “no.” You have to be willing to lose her and not have an attachment.

Know What You Want And Go After It

You do not have to be a jerk to go after what you want you just have to be assertive. Make a list everything you want in a woman and when you find a woman that has the characteristics make sure to go get her. You have to develop a level of fearlessness and confidence. You have your goals and you will get it at whatever cost.

If you want to ask her out then ask her out! If you want to get her number then go get her number! You have to take actions, you can be an assertive nice guy but you have to be able to take action. If you are hanging out with a girl you can go in for the kiss this is apart of being assertive. You do not want to just hang out with her as a friend you want her to be yours so you go for the kiss and make a move.

To Become An Assertive Nice Guy You Have To Be Fearless

Assertive men love failure, and they are fearless. You do not have to be a jerk to take risks. Just make sure you learn from every mistake you to take. If you are scared to take risks you will never know what could happen. Once you start taking more risk and becoming more fearless you will start to develop confidence and swagger. This is when being an assertive nice guy really come in to play.

When you first start learning how to become an assertive nice guy. Just take as much risk as possible even if it means losing a friend because, in the long run, it will help you. Women come and go if you lose this woman then you will find another it might not be fast but you will definitely find another over time. Assertive nice guys have the ability to approach women.

Make Sure You Are Working On Yourself And Always Be Improving

Since you are aiming to be an assertive nice guy rather than becoming a jerk you have to work on yourself as a complete package. You are going to need to develop a sense of humor a quick tip about developing a sense of humor is to just start laughing at your own jokes. If you have fun and just make yourself laugh people will just start laughing naturally and think you are funny.

Make sure to always smile so you can put a smile on other peoples face. Smiling a lot is an assertive nice guy trait! Develop high energy and learn how to make interactions more fun. There is a belief about the transfer of energy. If you have high energy then naturally everyone around you will absorb your energy. You have to develop your confidence. This happens through experience. But you can also do things such as getting a better wardrobe, start working out, getting healthier, sleeping more.
