Subjective refers to personal perspectives, feelings, or opinions entering the decision making process. Objective refers to the elimination of subjective perspectives and a process that is purely based on hard facts.

"Men objectify women": damned straight. When we admire a woman, it is because she IS something... smart, sexy, intelligent, whatever. It has no basis in how the woman feels about the man, because we are looking at them objectively. This is the same reason that a man might admire a work of art or engineering- because it is objectively better than another.

By contast, a woman subjectifies men. And everything else. It's inherent value is irrelevant to them, all that matters is how it affects the woman. "He makes me laugh, he makes me feel safe, etc."
