What's better an inground swimming pool, or a small pond (like an acre in size). They're both between 30-40k. I love the idea of fishing in my own pond (I catch and eat) but an in ground pool with my own pool house (would do a prebuilt garage style) is fucking dope too.

I've considered buying land with lake frontage because I could have a boat also. The problem with that is the amount of land I could get is laughable in size comparison, like literally a hundred acres.

Any input guys? This will be in Northern New England.
