Theoretically, I suppose yes. Although I realistically don't see why feminists would try to make child custody issue fair because currently it's a system that benefits them greatly. Why anyone would change something so it's less beneficial for them, I do not know. If feminists tried to change the system to men's favour, I would suspect some sort of trickery, like big oil companies paying environmental studies to make them look good. However, theoretically say that they truly want the system fair, I suppose it's OK.
No, I don't believe myself superior to women. I just find that my ideals and that of nearly all women aren't compatible. There really isn't any woman worth committing to, so I don't. Just because they're not worth committing to (for me personally), doesn't mean they are second class citizens and whatnot.

To respond to your response isn't it in everyone's best interest (feminist or not) that the child be placed with the best parent (male or female). Also I believe a true feminist is someone that wants pure equality. I understand that MGTOW believes that feminists often benefit from the society we live in and wants to continue making their position better by complaining about the patriarchy. If that assertion is true (if it is not I'd love to hear your definition) what would you call a woman or person that wants the genders to be treated as equal?

I think family courts are much skewed in favour of the mother. Unless it's extremely obvious to not be the case, it's presumed that the mother will be a good parent and the father will be a bad one.
A lot of the times, the mother doesn't want the child because it will be in the child's bests interest. She wants the child to spite the father and to get money from him.
Frankly I don't know what to call a woman that wants gender equality. We don't really have a word for it because it's not a thing that we are aware of.

It seems like you're speaking in generalities. Yes women can be shitheads so can men pretty much anyone can do something shitty and wrong. Does that mean all men and women are shitty people? No of course not. I'm not denying that there are women that want more time with their kids to screw over there husbands I'm just saying I don't understand why you seem to be approaching this as though it is a black or white issue. There are certainly women that want equality for both genders just like there are men that want equality. I'm not saying ignore the issue that women are in a position of power in family courts I'm just saying wouldn't it be healthier to approach these issues by not disregarding the female gender as a whole and perhaps trying to work with people who support equality regardless of background because there are certainly people of all backgrounds that would like equality. Sorry for the rant

This is what most misunderstand. Most think generalities as completely baseless statements that hold no veracity. The truth is, the reason they are called "generalities" is because that the statement is true, IN GENERAL. It may not be 100% true, but you can be sure that it is more likely true than false. So it is reliable.

That's true, but women have the family court to back them up.
In general, family courts is not something we have to worry about. The reason we're MGTOWs instead of Men's Rights Activists (MRAs) is because we don't believe in activism.
We arrived here because we don't fit in with the other sections of Red Pill. We don't care about trying to change the world, so we're not MRAs. We also don't believe in picking up women. I (personally) want a chaste and virtuous woman for a wife. It would be pretty hypocritical of me to be out prowling for sex. So we're not Pick up artists either.
We don't particularly care if the state of society and justice is unfair. We avoid getting into situations where we'll be treated unfairly. We know family courts are skewed toward women, so we don't have relationships or children so we'll never have to go to family court.
If you want to know what the manosphere (the collective of different factions of Red Pill men, including Pick Up Artists, MRAs, and MGTOWs) thinks of women who truly believe in equality and work on family court justice, you ought to pose the question to /r/MensRights.
