I make it a point to try to keep things topical and this issue has only been touched on briefly here, but it's the only sub I visit anymore so I figure why not ask here.

Setting aside all of the feelings about the ramblings that happened recently at the UN, I've taken a cursory glance and found the following:

Both articles reference the same study but seem to arrive at different conclusions.
