People, especially women, will always test you and make attempts to influence you to enter their reality, or bend/twist yours. By showing ANY wavering or signs of being flustered when questioned/decision making, they feel It's okay to push and prode. Learn to firmly and respectfully say "No", tactfully and explicitly change or redirect conversations,etc. These skills must practiced and consistently employed, for you to be respected in your chosen lifestyle, better yet as a man in general.

Also, telling someone they are possessed is an extremely serious thing to say if you really consider yourself to be a christian. And not just any kind of demonic possession, they straight up told you you were possessed by satan himself. That's like, almost an honor or something

But seriously, your family is very ignorant of their faith if they're throwing accusations of possession around so lightly. Tell them they need to educate themselves regarding their own faith.

I can relate to your situation, except that my parents have fallen away from religion. Constant guilt tripping is not healthy and can cause psychological harm (i.e. feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem). I hate weddings; they're a woman's thing, so maybe I'm possessed too. If I do go to one, it's out of respect, not because I feel pressured. Be affirmative. If your family continues to be toxic, then you may need to distance yourself from them, at least temporarily, to focus on YOUR personal growth and desires. Sometimes you need to have a buffer zone.

You do live in a cult and you should move out. It's hard to accept, but your parents had kids for the sake of their own ego. They had the ideal concept of having kids in a christian family setting, which is selfish because they don't care what kind of person you become individually. They accuse you of being possessed (FUCKING WEIRD IN THE REGULAR WORLD) which is a way to shame you back to the fold. The fact you are able to be objective and critically think your way out of cult-like group thinking is because you're actually smart and don't doubt yourself. Don't waste your life trying to resurrect the dead. Your parents had kids for purely delusional egotistical reasons and it's sad that you are the by product of it. But, you have your own life to decide what you want to do with it and don't be concern what others think of the way you live or otherwise they steal your happiness.
