I have a question about prenups. I live in an EU country I'm not gonna name, my father is a civil law attorney. He told me as long as I have a prenup and marry a chick, whoever that is, I'm good. No resources lost when the bitch wants to divorce from me.

But I've read on here that judges can easily throw prenups out in the US and Canada. Is that so? This has got me very curious.
