Let's say that you meet a girl and ask her if she wants to come back to your place and she agrees. You move on to having sex with her and she never explicitly says the word "no" and then later accuses you of raping her. Would that be justifiable in court? That is the thing that scares me. If you took a poll of the entire US adult population I can guarantee you that a majority do not operate on explicit verbal consent for sexual activity. Human sexuality does not really operate that way and most girls would think its creepy or weird if you asked "may I put my penis here now" "may I kiss you now or at what time may I kiss you at" . You get my point. Also, if you are married to the person or in a long term relationship you don't ask for everything that you do. Why is this not being discussed with the whole metoo movement?
