Too complicated of a question for me to answer. It’s different for all of us. We all have different mindsets and views yet we agree on one thing. Women in this modern day and age, have too much power, therefore the risk of trusting them far outweighs the reward. I don’t see a modern relationship as viable, realistic, or possible.

No need for relationship, I pay for sex when I need it, like everything else. I have a relationship with my male friend, there is no way on Earth I could from such a relationship with a woman ever. Women are financial and emotional burden on a man

I think youll have diverse answers from this. This may be all over im typing on a cell phone.

I dont think women are only good for sex, and in many cases would pass on sex with them because of ancillary issues, for lack of better words, the crazys.

I dont think all women are monolithic. Nor are the men here. Im very different. I read on this sub, here stories give advice etc. i use it to learn what some men go through and hope to avoid. Im personally in a long term relationship of 5 years and not married and not sure i will. My SO is actually quite wealthy and her and her family quite kind.(her own wealth) inwas single for a long time because women are too selfish. They think its about them. I stumbled into here after 3 years into my relationship and if im honest debated ending it many times. Not sure how far my best interest goes before its just plain selfishness. So here i am learning and reflecting on what people post here to see if im also selfish or is my best interest to be single.

I dont see the benefit of marriage at this point other than wanting kids. I love children and always wanted them, but as they say past experiences tend to tarnish hopes and dreams. Although my SO is great she has one major flaw, she believes the our relationship is her means of getting what she wants. Doesnt care if about my feelings however the smallest detail, such as not smiling enough can ruin a week. No one can do everything you want your way and thats the expectation in society for men. Work make lots of money, support her emotions to the nth degree, make her your queen, never play games, meet the boys, dote on her, and after all that better fuck her just the right amount so she doesnt cheat or say she has a headache. And after all that when you have a bad day clam up as men do your a fucking dick. And when i think deep i thinks its because my SO is a pessimist and im not.

I started here because men have major issues in society and not a peep is coming out, especially highest suicide rate and not graduating and “divorce rape” as well as post divorce rape. If i divorce with children and make $50,000 and lost half, that leaves close to nothing after bills. If you fall an hard times and cant pay child support, jail... like that helps a kid. Im a believer that is should be 50/50. Summarize all bills for children split the costs. No offense but its out human duty to take care of ourselves no woman should get a pass. Inequality has swung against men, maybe the pendulum will swing back but doesnt look like it anytime soon. Most men break their body and soles to rise up or even stay afloat, and men see many women fuck tons of men, talk shit about men, then 1 year before they hit the wall turn into betty home maker. Its well documented women love orbiters and back ups, and make moves which are highly money motivated, and for men its a turn off. Instagram has brought to light the willingness to be sexualized by millions even if your committed and thats another one men hate. Today women hate men sexualizing them and think dressing like hoes and getting attention is only ok if they want it from that man, then bitch when men do fuck them and leave. Im lucky, in many ways, im good looking, have a great income, great family, girls tend to go after me and i tend to decline. Not all men have that. Many strive to be what women want, to get fucked over and trashed all day. So they said, fuck it, im out.

Last, Everything is a trigger and honestly its coming mostly from women though minorities and the lgbt++++++++++ are catching on from feminists. Im sorry to say but current feminism has ruined our country and is a cancer imo. Women arent tought to be responsible, or respectful its “im a queen”. Fuck that, youre not, your jenny from the block. Youre not entitled to anything.

Look, I have a deep care and love for the women in my family. I have a wonderful mother, and 2 sisters and cousins too. (Except 1 cousin shes the cheating type). I see men bash on here and im openly honest that my mother and sisters are important and good and id do anything for them. I spoil my family because im financially able to and have a big heart.

I dont trash women regularly though i have my gripes, i dont have time for that negativity in my life. Some stuff here is funny too.

Edit: PS read a book or cliff notes on “Lonely at the top” that actually started my journey. Men and women have way different lives, men end up alone even with a wife and kids. Men even good looking and successful have high rates of suicide and that book clues you into that world.

A good woman is increasingly rare in this corrupted society and the legal implications of marriage carry catastrophic financial and child custody risks for men if things go wrong. Hence, a man should be psychologically and logistically prepared to go it alone when no better options are available and perhaps indefinitely. Men who firmly desire children are in a much more invidious position, however. I am not closed to the idea of a relationship with a woman, but I'm exceptionally cautious and able to live and thrive very well as a single. Life is pretty good!
