Foreigner here. I heard a lot about Rape Accusation in the US and UK, but never really thinking about it as a big problem. "Cuz you guys overreacting everything" you know. Until recently witnessed next... Short as possible.

Another rape Accusation story.

Las Vegas, Nevada. Boy and girl work in a coffee shop. The boy is single, the girl is in the long-term relationship. The girl had a fight with her significant other. Girl calls her boy coworker to land on a couch at his place. He says ok, come over. She comes, they drink alcohol and maybe had sex. In the morning boy coworker leaves to work at the coffee shop. Girl's significant other appears at boy coworker's place where they had a chat for several hours. After that, they leave together... to the police station...to tell about a "the rape" that happen last night. She tells the police that the boy coworker raped her.

Now the good side of the story. Police did nothing to the guy, HR did nothing to the guy(and yes she claimed that he raped her to HR), girls in my department confirmed 90% she is bullshitting. The coworker guy quit coffee shop after several weeks until he got a new place to work(maybe was forced but not sure) anyway who wants to work with rape accuser. And the most important: Possible false rape accuser is in the police database, and most likely will not be able to do this trick again.
