There’s nothing you can do.

Men have been making consent videos, have women sign contracts and so on. They’re fighting to say that a man needs permission to record her. They basically don’t want you using anything to your advantage.

Honestly if you’re going to do this anyway? I suggest you record her saying she wants to have sex with you. Then show some ID and indicate the date. Also sign a contract on camera. Then in addition have her talk about how she wants to have sex on social media. Make sure to record this as well.

Then after it’s done, have her explain that is was a consensual event. I would even go so far as to record the entire sex act.

And by consent she has to actually beg for it on camera. Afterwards, make copies and file this away as proof for the rest of your life.

Paper trail. In your texts or in DMs. They would need to explicitly show that she has overwhelming interest in doing the deed however, in messages from her. Vague language would be argued over in a courtroom. Even then, no guarantee.

Bringing out an audio recording and a signed contract is autism, but those points do go to show the ridiculousness of modern culture and how simple it would be for a man to have false allegations be made against him with no recourse.

Make a video of everything. Her coming over, her "consenting" or whatever, and the entire sex act, and her leaving.
